Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet Airbnb ! Sa proximité avec le métro et le tram nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement, et à seulement 10 minutes du centre du 13ème arrondissement, c'était parfait. L'endroit est tranquille et le confort de l'appartement a vraiment rendu notre séjour agréable. La clarté des communications et des instructions a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ sans le moindre souci. De plus, le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif à nos demandes, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre satisfaction. Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb pour un séjour à Paris !

The place was as described and very clean. It was close to the train, but was told to be careful in the area at night, which was concerning. It was further from Paris than we thought it would be. Also, the light to the stairwell was not working so entry at night was very dark. The host reported he had plans to fix this issue, but did not address during our stay. Lastly, on of the bedroom windows did not lock, which was concerning considering the location and basement level.

Gildas and Camille were both extremely helpful to us when we arrived at another Air BnB in the middle of the night to find it unsuitable. I reached out to some other hosts in the area for help and Gildas responded very quickly. Thanks to Gildas and Camille we were able to access the new accommodation 5 hours early and finally get some sleep after travelling through the night. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the furnishings looked brand new and very modern. There is a patisserie and a small supermarket within 5 mins walk of the apartment with a larger centre a few minutes further. There is a Metro station about 5 min walk away and you can be in the centre of Paris in no time at all.
