A rare opportunity to stay at our beautiful 5 bedroom farmhouse. The property is surrounded by 5 acres of fields and woodland and also has a moat. The house is extremely spacious and a wonderful place for a large family to unwind this winter. Only a 10 minute drive from Rye and 15 minutes from the beach. We have lots of local shops in Tenterden ( 5 minutes away). The house has huge open fires and a cosy Aga in the kitchen.

we were made to feel very welcome and generous food & wine left for us was very kind. Hosts were very responsive to our queries & we had a wonderful time in the house & grounds which proved an excellent egg hunting place on Easter Sunday! all good
Beautiful setting in a stunning country house. From the wildflower gardens which tempt the butterflies and bees every afternoon, the spacious communal areas and green fields to enjoy the sunshine. This county retreat is perfect for family gatherings. Very well located 15min to Rye and a little further to the sandy beach/dunes of Camber Sands. 10min from Tenderden for your essentials and a country town feel. A very friendly host, proactive and considerate.
