Schönes kleines Haus, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wer Trubel und Aktivitäten in der direkten Nachbarschaft benötigt, ist hier definitiv falsch. Mit dem Auto sind Restaurants und ein Supermarkt, in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen, größere Ortschaften liegen im Umkreis von ca. 30 Autominuten. Man kann zum Be- und Entladen bis direkt vor das Haus fahren und ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Great place to stay! Very clean place, the grounds are well looked after, beautiful view from the outdoor dining table. Would definitely recommend!

Wspaniale miejsce. Klimatyczne studio, piekny, zadbany teren. Bardzo dobre wyposazenie kuchni. Polecam na wypoczynek i jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania.

The house was very beautiful, but we ended up not staying here and filing a complaint to AirBnB because of the numerous bugs and uncleanliness of the house. We killed over 10 of the same type of beetle in an hour, along with other bugs too. I have a compromised immune system, and after researching the type of bugs it was infested with, realized they were harmful for me especially. I’m from a woodsy area so I’m used to dealing with bugs in the house. But there were so many, and they were harmful bugs. So due to health concerns and cleanliness, we left. There were also cobwebs in high up places, as well as down at our level in the tv stand, corners of walls, and around the bookcases. The house and property were very beautiful, but the living space definitely is infested with bugs. Simona is the local manager and she was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She helped us so much with this issue and encouraged us to reach out to AirBnB when we needed to. We’re so grateful to her.

La casa si trova in un’ottima posizione, a un’oretta di macchina da tutte le principali attrazioni umbre, in mezzo alla campagna. Isolata e silenziosa, è stato un piacere godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Immancabile nota per il custode, il signor Enrico, che è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La casa vanta una piscina e un prato da sogno. Unica pecca potrebbe essere la pulizia, per la presenza di numerosi insettini, ma è il “prezzo” da pagare per stare in mezzo alla natura. Molto disponibile anche Happy Rental, infatti abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi che hanno causato un lieve ritardo nel check out ma hanno posticipato le pulizie di un’oretta per noi. Insomma, soggiorno da 10!
