was unable to check in ,host never answered phone . got refund and booking was canceled

The unit was clean and was in a good condition upon check-in. The property's just walking distance to the mall. Also, the host was easy to communicate with. Sadly, had issues with the the poor wifi connection (cant even sustain zoom calls or netflix); bed linens had unpleasant smell; and towels had visible stains.
