Justin is a wonderful host, responsive and attentive. The house is clean, well organized and plenty spacious for 4 or 5 adults.

The house was good, I stayed with 3 more people at the house. We have enough dish washer for 2 weeks, and also other cleaning stuff too. But the house is kind of old so some lights burn out, but it is fine to me. Great location, only 30mins walk to the mall or grocery store. Great place to stay for short term but I don't think long terms is good here. Overall, this place is really good with the price, Justin gave me some discount so it is worth it, thank you a lot.

We had many issues with this rental. Snow removal not timely. There was no path into the house that did not require walking thru mud when it was wet other than going thru the garage. The overhead door opener was broken, one the door rollers had fallen out but making difficult to lift the door, which was algae covered. empty light sockets, black mold growing in washer and shower, window coverings broken or missing When maintenance items we had to request repairs for, the host explained that he depended on guests to point out problems as he spends no time there. This should not be the case. I would expect host to inspect property to ensure its readiness for next guest. Further, host pointed out his mother had recently spent a month there. In summary, this is a dated property that is not well maintained. Host tries, but is apparently hamstrung by owners’ unwillingness to spend money on needed repairs and upkeep. This was by no means a stress free stay

We love staying at this house! It is a great location close to all our family and convenient grocery locations…Justin was always alert and asking how we were doing…definitely recommend this place

Great place to stay and Justin is very responsive. Great location with everything you need! Would stay here again!
