the place is clean, comfortable and quiet, ideal accommodation for vacation in Kuantan. facilities including gym and swimming are okey and less crowded. The room temperature is cold even without aircon being switched on (most probably due to the raining session). The toilet is very spacious and clean. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Easy to in and out from the building with the access card. slightly inconvenient to get the key and access card from the letter box initially, but it is okey with the clear video instruction from owner. Overall, I will definitely recommend this place for stay
