House was roomy and in a good location. Large back deck with great views. Yvette was a great host. We would choose this house again for future trips.

Place was great with fantastic views of the Tacoma Narrows bridge. The house was very nice and a great location, although you can hear lower neighbors talking and occasionally smell their food cooking. This was to be expected though as I was aware it was a split level unit, so no biggie for me. Yvette was also very responsive and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is to have TVs in the bedrooms; or at least the master. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had spectacular views and provided what we needed for a few days. Close in location to parks and restaurants. The house was clean and easy to find. Our only concern was the bath tub drain. It's important to have good plumbing.

Great views and location. Easy access to downtown and plenty of other cool places in WA. Would definitely stay here again

The bridge/water view is the main advantage of this place (it is beautiful!). The house is on a very noisy street (day and night), we also could hear tenants below, and the house could use some inside maintenance. I was disappointed at the price given the overall appearance and condition of the inside. The beds were quite comfortable and the portable air conditioners (also noisy) did keep the rooms very cool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Parking was good and area seemed safe.
