Phenomenal place to stay. House is beautiful, very clean, and quiet. Dock is great for your boat. Manny the manatee was very exciting for the kids. (Kids named him) Overall was a great experience and look forward to booking again next year.

Simon’s house was perfect for our family of four. The dock out back was peaceful and provided hours of fishing entertainment for my son. The beach was a short walk from the house and Simon has everything you need to spend time there. The house was clean and spacious. It was great!

Beautiful house in the beautiful neighborhood. It was very nice of the host to grant super early check in. Cons- surveilance camera in the living room was on when we arrived, we didn't notice until Simon called and asked to turn it off. few roaches in the kitchen, I had to purchase combat; no gas for the grill, had purchase it too. (never got reimbursed ursed).
