Miss Anya was a very gracious and friendly host, always happy to help and answer any questions I had and always helpful. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and looked wonderful on my arrival, and was exactly as described here on the website. I had an amazing time staying here, and loved every minute of my time here! I also have to mention how happy and friendly Canon the dog was, Miss Anya's Huskey, he was friendly and loveable! The area has several small shops to buy essentials and is only a short walk from the centre of Masapang, or an even shorter tricycle ride, so close to a fantastic restaurant and several large shops. All in all I loved my time here and will be booking here again if it's available the next time I come to the area for a holiday! A big thanks to Miss Anya and Canon for a wonderful vacation!

We had such a lovely time staying here. 4 weeks of a great apartment, a beautiful view and total peace. The neighbourhood is really nice. Small stores and eateries close by and an easy 15 minutes stroll to the main highway and the amenities in Masapang. There is so much to to in the area as well. Walks to the lake, easy transport to the cute towns around laguna and great walking and sightseeing in the area. The host was a pleasure too. So kind and helpful. Mary Ann is a perfect host, so kind and smiley. Made us feel at home We will be back for sure. This place is wonderful 😃

The place is clean, comfortabe and relaxing. The view is great and yiu can totally appreciate the nature. The host is proactive and suoer helpful in everything you need. Totally worth the price. Great experience!

Aside from the perfect stay we’ve had at Ms. Mary’s Bnb, Ms. Mary is simply a joy to see. Her presence is so beautiful and calming, just like her place in Victoria. Her place is also absolutely lovely! I am just from Sta. Cruz, Laguna, but staying at her place made me feel as though I am somewhere far off because of its peaceful ambiance that my partner and I really needed during this time. We were also able to cook for lunch and dinner so effortlessly, making our stay so homey. We also feel sooo blessed that she made us a hearty breakfast and wished us a merry Christmas! Overall, staying here is so worth-it!

Ma'am Mary ann is very awesome, I had a great stay very peaceful and relaxing,stunning view from the balcony, complete kitchen utensils and equipment. I will definitely recomend her place to my friends, and will surely stay again to her cozy peaceful place. She gave me breakfast right on time which is unexpected.
