We saw 112 Balmoral Road at a very reasonable price and was not disappointed! The property was fantastic, the rooms were clean and well presented. The en suite facilities were as good as any expensive hotel, with high quality towels provided. The kitchen and dining room had every thing you could need. On the last evening of our stay, we made a Sunday roast for 14 guests with ease. It felt like such a luxury to be able to eat in the grand dining room. The dishwasher was just an added bonus! The owners of the house were amazing as well, brilliant communication. They answered any questions we had before arrival, as well as during our stay, also giving us recommendations on where to visit. Every little detail had been thought out, even complimentary chocolates and a card. We can’t wait to stay again and could not recommend 112 Balmoral Road enough! Thankyou for such a lovely stay and for being so welcoming.

We had a great stay for our annual knitting retreat. Great space and well kitted out. The dining room was a great size for us all to sit and eat together. The downstairs bedroom worked really well for one of our party with a fractured leg. Plenty of room for us to sit and knit/crochet together in the main room. Handy little park round the corner for the dog and he really loved walking to the beach as well. Excellent host.
