Great location and perfect for a quiet but centrally located place to stay in Kuta. Perfect for late flight arrivals as only 10 minutes from the airport. TV did not have any signal but we wouldn’t have used it anyway so no issue there. Mahe was a very responsive host. Would stay again!

There is definite potential for the place to become an amazing resort. The appealing traditional architecture, beautiful garden makes the villa somewhat unique. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the building need some maintenance. Non working lights and cracked/broken tiles and walls, stained furniture, and overgrown plants going through the bathroom roof somewhat spoils the mood of the stay. They were also doing some construction at the location, hopefully for improvements of the place.

The villa was nice enough, but quite rundown & needs some work. Staff were nice, but the included breakfast wasn’t great. Not worth the price, wouldn’t stay here again.

The pictures look a lot better then when you get there. This place was okay, right in the middle of Kuta about 10 mins from the airport if you arrive at night might be little hard to find but the people at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There were ants in the bathroom, they brought spray and never saw them again, bathroom looked alright and kitchen was ok and the tv didn’t work. The rest of the house was pretty good and the private pool looks just how it looks in the pictures. I think it all depends on what type of person you are and why you are there. I was there for 2 nights and was in the room to sleep but sometimes I do like to watch tv. It wasn’t too far from downtown Kuta and about 45 mins from Canggu. And another thing, I messaged the the host and ask him to make sure the place was clean and the fact ants were in the bathroom all over the wall didn’t rub me right.

空港から近めの距離にあり周りも散歩すると沢山のお店があってよかった。 朝食に関しては飲み物に氷があると良い。 また彼がアイスコーヒーを頼んだがホットしかないとの事だった。暑いので冷たい飲み物が飲みたい。サンドウィッチのセットを頼んだがサイドのポテトフライが冷めていたことと、中に挟んである野菜が生ぬるかた。ライスのセットは美味しかった。 タオルが1人2枚あると更に良いのと、靴を脱いで部屋を動き回る日本人にとってはシャワースペースにマットがあると嬉しい。 全体的に清潔でエアコンの効きも良く快適だったが朝食に関しては改善があると好ましい。
