They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our stay! The coffee machine broke and they had one delivered same day! Any questions I had they answered immediately! It was nice they had towels and hand towels for each room, k-pods/sugar for coffee. If I ever experience no power again I will be coming back! Best airbnb service I’ve ever experienced! Thank you Brandon and Kira!

Brandon and Kira were responsive hosts, though the stay left a lot to be desired. On two of the three nights that we stayed, the neighbors were noisy until 1-2am and it kept us up--honking and hanging out loudly outside. We called in a noise complaint the second night, and no response. The thermostat inside auto-sets to 77 degrees even after you adjust it, which is fine for the day time but it is uncomfortable at night. If this is auto-set remotely, the hosts should communicate that. There weren't basic amenities that we're used to at Airbnb stays--no shampoo, no dish soap or sponge, no extra bed blankets, no basic needs for cooking (oil, etc.). The hosts are sweet, but the place feels kind of Spartan and raucous rather than "Zen." On the positive side: the place was clean and the outdoor porches are nice! The shared pool on-site was great.

Brandon and Kira were super responsive with all questions I had and extremely pleasant! The place was cute , it was right down the street from FSU, which is why we were staying in Tallahassee. My only recommendation is to upgrade the couch in the living room. It’s quite firm . Oh, and for the majority of our stay, someone else was parked in our designated spot, but other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you both for all of the tips and suggestions, we truly appreciate it!

Brandon and Kira’s place was comfortable, modern, and super clean! They were great at communicating all the information we needed. We stayed here with our six-year-old daughter and it was a great fit for us. We especially liked the deluxe shower head—very refreshing!
