Kate’s place was great, very clean and walkable to the town which was great. We hunkered in during a storm but was great since we could go to the backyard and play in snow and come back in for some pool time and jacuzzi time to get warm before we play again :). Kate was very responsive to all our questions. We were ill prepared for the storm but it can help to keep a backup snow shovel and car broom for guests to borrow in case they forget like we did. Since all store were walkable, we got one from dollar store. Overall a great, cozy experience and a clean well kept house!

We had a great first visit to Lincoln to ski at Loon. Very convenient location near the mountain and restaurants. Kate was very communicative and helpful for our stay. Updated and comfortable accommodations for our family of 4. Our kids also enjoyed use of the pool.

Perfect spot for a ski weekend! Beautiful suite. Upgraded appliances, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shuttle at the front door to/from the mountain or walk to Escape Route. Walked to dinner at OneLove Brewery and easy access to main road with other restaurants or shops. Great location and a very well done, remodeled unit. I have seen others in this building that are very outdated, but Kate's has been refinished top to bottom.

It was a perfect location and very clean. We did have trouble locating it initially because there are a few buildings that look similar surrounding it and none of them display the address on front of the building. In the listing it refers to the name as Loon Landing. However, it is actually called River Green Resort. That is the sign for the turn in. We did circle around a few times before we stopped in and asked. Otherwise, the location was perfect close to the grocery store and restaurants. Kate was great with her responses and recommendations. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but still had a great family time.
