This place is great! It's in a very calm and safe part of LA. Definitely go to the Sunday farmer's market, it's so cute! The place itself is wonderful! All new appliances and new floors make it super stylish and easy to live in. The garage is super convenient. Just note that the washer and dryer are not in-unit, so save up some quarters if you want to do some laundry. Overall we stayed here for 3 months and it was absolutely perfect for us. You should 100% stay here of you have the opportunity. Areg is a great host and you won't regret it. 5 stars!

Areg Is a great host. The place is exactly, if not better than as it is presented on the Airbnb site. Areg was responsive to all my requests and attended all my needs. This is one of the best Airbnb experience I ever had.

Areg was such a great host. He was very personable and very responsive to any questions we had. The townhome is quite spacious and in a great location. Our favorite thing was the farmers market about a 2 min drive away!!

Stained towels and sheets. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. Web site said dogs ok & later we were told to make a $150 deposit we may get back. Also instructions were for us to wash sheets and towels which we did not do because of lack of time. What was the $150 cleaning fee for? Also garage has a very low ceiling so our rear door could not be opened in the garage. Place is old and dingy. Beds had lumpy foam pads. Would not stay there again!
