Very happy with this unit. We were here for the Arnold Sport’s Festival. A great central area and not too far from the Convention Center. Host left through instructions and was very responsive when needed!

The people from GH Hospitality are probably, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the US! My mom flew into Columbus to visit me and going through the check ins was quite easy for her without any assistance. On top of that their apartment, decor, and amenities are just the best! I have nothing but the best things to say about them and the staying.

Everything went great, Checking in was a little difficult with the door lock not working properly. They did immediately get in contact with me and the operations manager came to help. Very clean place, I highly recommend.
