Great, quiet neighborhood. I had to follow up on how to get into the house as there were no instructions upon reserving. The AC wasn’t working, but I didn’t realize until the next day. They asked if I wanted them to find someone to come out rather than just sending someone. No refunds or apologies. Water pressure in the house is terrible as well. Otherwise, not a bad place; although the price is a little steep.

The house is great. The price I would say is a little high considering it only has one bathroom. We did know this but after a last minute cancellation of another property we didn’t have lots of choices. We found the thermostat inoperable for us. However she responded immediately and had the maintenance guy walk us through it on FaceTime. Instructions would be a great help. We had some trouble getting in the 2nd night but I called the maintenance guy and he was able to unlock the door with an app. The bedding was wonderful and the house was very clean!!!

We enjoyed staying at the house. Quite neighborhood and the house was very cute. Very nice linens and decor. Would definitely stay again.

Cari’s property was immaculate! A perfect location in the heart of Brenham. I cannot reccomend booking one of Cari’s KOZE properties enough! This particular home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Brand new appliances that have been well maintained and kept clean. Cari was extremely responsive when getting checked in and out, and her personal experience in real estate and customer service is evident in how she manages her properties and communicates. You are never more than a few minutes away from any restaurant or local tourist attraction in town. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. A perfect rental for any get away in Brenham!
