Fancy bathroom, kitchen, living BUT hard to live in. NOT HOT WATER AT ALL. Spent 2 nights w/o hot water. Host kept fooling us saying whenever guests leave, it turns OFF. She knew water heater was broken. 4 beds (basement) unusable (2 broken in the middle (DIY beds) hurt our backs, we slept on floor. 2 (sofa beds) had dust & ants. Nothing except bed in each room (no side table/hanger). Dirty unusable basement closets w/ broken ceiling. Spiders in basement, webs, mold smell made us sick, 1 had to wear mask. Had to kill remove spiders/webs from bedrooms first. She said cleaning is delayed, check-in a bit late & extended our checkout time. Apparently cleaning wasn’t done, found leftovers stuffed in fridge & closets, even toothbrush in bathroom. BBQ ignition was broken, asked for lighter, didn’t get that. Slow WIFI, Dryer didn't dry clothes, spread on chairs. What’s good: host spoke gently (so what!), nice boats, jackets, water toys (thank God), Airbnb helped with some refund upon complaint

Jessica’s cottage was very well accommodating to the 13 of us that visited for a reunion weekend. The cottage was gorgeous with an immaculate waterfront view and the pictures definitely do not do this place justice. The interior space was very spacious with a giant window in the main living room that oversees the lake. The space was extremely clean and sanitary which was a major priority for our group, the washrooms especially had us very impressed. The amenities were endless with a giant fire pit in the backyard, beautiful deck, two kayaks, paddle boats, and canoes. Another major hurdle we find with cottages is noise complaints but we had no issues. Our group cannot wait to book this cottage again in the future.

Very cute spot and beautiful lake with lots of water toys and boats to enjoy. There was no hot water or coffee machine unfortunately, but Jessica was very responsive and apologetic and sent the cleaner that lives next store to take a look. It also wasn’t super clean when we got there and the deck and dock were a little wobbly. Despite that we had a great time and the place was HUGE so lots of room for a girls weekend.
