I was disappointed that that hot tub wasn’t open. It’s one of the reasons I booked this place during the winter months. Upon arrival I was informed that there was no dinner service and only the bar was opened. Was hoping for a nice romantic getaway, but that didn’t happen. The rooms are not private and you could hear everything going on upstairs, downstairs and throughout the building. Pierre was gracious enough to refund our second night as we didn’t stay more than 15 minutes before reserving a more traditional room in Santa Rosa.

I’ve stayed at this location many times, but this is my first time under new ownership. They’ve done a fabulous job on the remodel and looking forward to the completion. I was staying in a room that was newly remodeled. I’m guessing I was one of the first people to stay in the room as there were some things that seem to be missing but I’m sure that’s due to the fact they haven’t 100% completed. Beautiful location and a perfect getaway. I was a little put off with the $50 early check-in fee.
