This spot was perfect for us! We did a few days of backpacking on the AT before getting a night of rest and recovery here. There were 6 of us and we were super comfortable here. Highly recommend!

My family rented Katie's cabin because we needed a dog friendly house near my in-laws for one night. We weren't spending much time as my father-in-law was in his last days and we would be mostly with our family. That being said, we were super disappointed in this house and wished we had just put air mattresses in the basement of my in-laws. The two biggest things were that the air conditioners were broken - one was not set up at all and the other would not kick on to cool the house. Second, the sheets were all dirty on each of the beds. We paid $339 for 1 night with no air-conditioning and for dirty beds. Additionally, the home is furnished cheaply with low-quality bedding. My 9 year old son, who really isn't too picky said: "It was hot, dirty, cheap and small." That about sums it up for us too. Last, when we told Katie of our issues, she didn't apologize at all or offer any refund. Just said "Thanks for letting us know."
