Nice place to stay. Allowed our pets. Quite street. Had everything we needed for the time we stayed. Will book this house again when the need arises. Ryan was very responsive to messages.

Ryan’s place was homey and convenient. The yard was large with a lit up gazebo in back, but we didn’t get to enjoy it due to the cold ( might be nice to have a heater back there). The yard was large. When we showed up, apparently the house keepers had took most of the towels and hadn’t finished cleaning. Ryan went out and got more for us right away. I didn’t know, until a couple of days later, that there were dishes in the washer that were left from the previous tenants, still dirty. Also the housekeepers hadn’t checked under the beds, and someone had apparently ate grapes there. My son found a ball cap in the couch, and also, when we first got there, I noticed a dog had apparently been using the recliner as a bed. There were scratches all over the seat and it was full of dog hairs. The neighborhood was a little unsavory. People with loud cars coming and going but it did end about 11. Also dogs wandering around without leashes. No paper towels, dishwasher packets, or hand soap.

Great place for the price. Definitely an older home but 100% met our needs!
