Lots of options for kiddos to include fire pit, s’mores, two hammocks, a swinging chair, kids games, toys and a hot tub. My kids loved it. The three bedrooms with three separate bathrooms were really convenient for our family. We’d come back and stay again.

Hottub instructions says jet has two settings: low and high. (Leaving on high will turn off heat automatically eventually) This is not the whole truth and manual was missing in the kitchen drawer. It can be what appears to be three settings instead: off/reallylow and low and high. The water was already really low below the filter when we got there. Because of this, the hottub turned off overnight so it was completely unusable when we got back from a long hike the next day which was extremely disappointing, it took too long to heat back up. We tried to fill it but it’s not easy because there is no hose near by. Then the jet does go back to two settings low and high, but it’s too late at this point. Also, beware of slipping on the stairs, can be slippery and it’s the same color as the carpet at night. Living room carpet doesn’t stick to the floor and I do a little slide on it every time I walk on it. Otherwise very clean place. Layout of house is weird, its use of space small mud room.

Such a beautiful spot along the river and super cozy indoors. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

The hot tub & sauna were a real treat after our excursions throughout the area. One night we used the new Weber Grill to grill some steaks & then had some s’mores around the fire pit (everything was provided by the host). Beds were comfy & kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Brilliant house!!!

This place is fantastic! Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and we found everything we needed. Diana is great to work with and we had a great time!
