Beautiful and comfortable inside! Nestled among all the trees at the back of our quiet 20 acre property is our 826 sq home. Two bedrooms and two baths, A full kitchen and living room provide all the amenities you’ll need. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise from the front porch, or just take in the sights and sounds of nature from around the property. Two full bedrooms (one king size bed, 2 twin beds, and a couch queen pullout bed) , two full bathrooms. A cute little living room, a full kitchen and washer/dryer make this place a comfortable stay. Sunrises from the front porch are a must see!

Great little place to rest after a long day in Canton! It was quiet, clean, cute and I felt very safe on the beautiful property.

My wife and I stayed at Casey's place for the total solar eclipse. The eclipse was great of course but so was the AirBnB and Casey. He was responsive as we had a few unusual barriers come up for us in getting to the AirBnB and with checkout, and he was flexible and responsive to all of our needs. The unit itself was comfortable, very clean, and private. We would stay here again.

Located close to the City of Van, 15 minutes to Canton and the First Monday, 25 minutes to Lindale and 30 minutes to Tyler. Our place is in an ideal location and close to all the local attractions!
