Fabulous, clean and extremely comfortable place to stay with lots of fabulous coffee shops near by (and we tried them all). Fabulous eating places all with in walking distance (and yes we tried them all as well). Highly recommend

Place is as described - fresh, open, comfortable, clean and really close to some local cafes/restaurants and then a short waterfront walk to Caloundra. Kitchen has plenty of cups, crockery, key kitchen items (although we didn't really cook), all the living space is well lit and airy. The location is great for beachfront walking and also those with small children as the water is calm and there's public play equipment nearby. Would recommend and stay again. Just be aware it's an agency - managed Airbnb listing so check in is via their office; and as advertised you'll need to stock up on any supplies you need (i.e. toiletries, there's no leftover stash of basic kitchen supplies that you might find in some private Airbnb listings).
