Bring the whole family and friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great location for sports-fans, hikers, golfers or sunshine lovers Rated one of the best 50 public golf courses in America, Raven Golf Club at Verrado is 1/2 mile down the street, sister course, Victory is 2 miles away. Located at the base of the White Tank mountains, biking and hiking are available from your front door. While secluded and quiet, grocery store and restaurants are a 3 block walk, multiple parks. Plenty of entertainment around the house for an unforgettable getaway. Cornhole, gas firepit for the perfect smores, more than 10 ft' of bench for everyone to stary warm around the fire. Relax on the patio and catch up on your favorite shows or sports on TV. If that doesn't sound appealing, take it inside to battle on the pool table while vibing out to the sound system throughout the house. Or catch up some Zzzz's on the reclining sofa.

Enjoy a spacious home tucked away right below the mountain. With a view of WhiteTank Mountains. Plentiful walking & hiking trails nearby as well as 2 bicycles available on the property to join the active community. Just a 15-minute drive to Goodyear Shopping Center, there's a variety of restaurants, shopping. Only a 27-minute drive to Westgate Entertainment for the big game, plenty of restaurants and nightlife.
This quiet part of the neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful stay.
Also, there is a phenomenal taco shop right around the corner, and who doesn't love a good taco!
