We had a very relaxing weekend. The house is very beautiful and everything was extremely well organized and easy to find. We had a party of six for a birthday weekend. We kept it low-key and ended up hanging around the house playing games, enjoying the grill and the beautiful outdoor fire pit. The house was perfect and the entire weekend went smoothly due to how well this establishment is run. A great time was had by all.

This was such a great getaway! The house was the true definition of rustic-glamping. Everything was in order and the coffee bar was adorable. The beds were so comfortable and we felt right at home. They let us bring our pup and even provided dog beds for her. We will definitely be back! It was so close to everything we wanted to do. About 30 mins from everything! I can’t wait to come back. Only thing is we wish we saw a bear lol! 🐻⛰️

I can't say enough nice things about our stay at Sweet William or the experience that Amy and Moira provided. Every inch of the chalet is designed to be welcoming and relaxing, and we felt at ease and comforted the minute we walked through the door. This stay was an incredibly special occasion for us that Amy and Moira went out of their way to make even more so, dropping off a special congratulatory treat to add even more joy to an already amazing day. And when the weather turned foul, we were all too happy to spend most of the afternoon in our pajamas, curled up on the couch, watching a fantastic movie. The attention to detail at the chalet is just amazing. If we're headed back to the Poconos, this is the only place we'd consider staying. It was also clear from their approach to communication that they care about their guests' comfort. The hospitality was just outstanding.

The vacation spot hit every mark. There it was, nestled in the arms of quiet nature, a welcome escape from the relentless pace of everyday life. The interior? Far from the cookie-cutter designs, it had soul, character etched into every corner. And the amenities—they had that certain je ne sais quoi, not your standard fare but something more, something with a story. Beware, though, if the thought of endlessly toasting s'mores under the stars isn't your kind of nightcap, you might want to think twice. But here's the thing: the true measure of a place, in my book, is how swiftly it strips away the noise, how quickly it lets you just...stop, breathe, and be utterly present. For me, that magic happened in the span of three steps over the threshold.
