Hope's home was a great place to stay for a jumping off point to Glacier. Her home was comfortable and incredibly clean, as well as super nicely decorated. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day of hiking. The home is located in a new development, easy driving distance to downtown Kalispell, Whitefish and Bigfork. It is about 40 minute drive to the West Glacier entrance to the park. It is located very close to a Walmart and shopping center to pick up anything you need. Overall awesome stay :-)

Listed as a 3 bedroom when we reserved and paid. Confirmed with the host that is was 3 bedroom via messages on the app. Host confirmed it has 1 king, 1 full, and 2 twin beds in the home. When we arrive the host had obviously converted a bedroom into an office but never told us nor did she change the fee even though we had 2 less beds. The hall bathroom had the water shut off to the sink with no explanation or information. We turned the water on and found the sink was leaking very badly. No response from the host. The host also never responded to the issues nor would she agree to a reduction in the fees since the home now had 2 less beds than what she had confirmed before our booking. The house was nice otherwise and in a good location. The hot tub was a nice thing to have.

The house was nice but there were many issues. Hope lives in this house when it is not being rented. That should have been disclosed in the Airbnb listing. Clothes were in the closet, food in the refrigerator… All the towels and sheets for the second bed were in the wash. We had to do the laundry and make the bed. We had to vacuum the floors and empty the dishwasher. There was a leak in the main bathroom sink. The shut off valves were closed when we arrived. We discovered the leak later on and had to clean up a mess. We turned the shut off valves on and off as needed. Communication was not good. Hope responded to our first message about a perishable package on the front porch. I sent a message about all the cleaning we had to do and another message explaining the plumbing problem. Since I have not received any response from those two messages, I felt I needed to write this review.
