Sharanyam(Nest) is a bright airy and well-located house. Property is built with the blend of eco- friendly and luxury features. It is a comfortable home with a natural garden with lushing flora and fauna. Aesthetically designed to give HOMEAWAYHOME feel with eye soothing tropical garden. Waking up to the morning chorus of birds is amazing experience where bulbuls at their the loudest; their calls echoing as they flitted over the garden. Walkable distance to Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training. Property is setup with a high-speed fiber WI FI to take care of work- from-home needs. It's close to all basic amenities and easily accessible. There is parking inside and ample parking space on the street. Villa is regularly sanitized and cleaned and has mosquitoes- netting on windows. Villa has 3 Bedrooms, there are 2 bedrooms on the ground level, and 1 bedroom plus a common (lobby) area on the first floor. All the 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. Villa is located in residential area with easy access to vegetables and grocery stores, restaurants, milk-booth, drugstores, street food, bank/ATM, Petrol bunk, Hospital and a park. Also, easily accessible by private transport and close to public transport. Newly remodeled bathrooms and renovated throughout with new paint. ***NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC allowed at this place*** Patio and rooftop are great places to relax. Villa is within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from a Kukaralli lake. Villa has an inviting Car port where you can sit on a swing and enjoy a morning cup of tea, watching the birds in the garden. The garden has a beautiful lawn and exotic and native plants. You can also find very rare species of plants like Parijatha(Night Jasmine) As per the myth it was descended from Indra’s abode, Pannerale (Rose apple) and varieties of Bougainvillea, Roses and Hibiscus. Very close to Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training center. Villa is easily accessible from the ring road. Cozy place to stay with the nature and leisurely want to roam around Mysuru or quick drop in to and from Nanjungud, Bandipur, Nagarhole, Kabini, Ooty, Coorg. Great place and very responsive support from the host side.
"Sharanyam" the Villa hosted by Bhavyashree was great - both the location and the house itself. We felt so much at home. Self-checkin made very easy. The moment we opened the door and entered, we were pleasantly surprised :-), a very spacious house, an open and airy kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms, towels and toiletries kept , bananas, milk, coffee powder, sugar, water kept, utensils, a RO water unit and also a washing machine. All needed for a comfortable at-home stay. The garden going all round the house was beautiful! Very peaceful residential area and a few minutes walk to shops, ATM, Swiggy/Zomato & Uber/Ola a click away! Bhavyashree's father was there each morning to give us a packet of milk for our coffee & to check if there is anything more that we need. Bhavyashree herself, though in the US was always available, you don't feel she is so far away! A Big Thanks from us and also from our guests from UK and South Africa who stayed with us! A place we will go to again!
clean, spacious and lovely house. the host's mom was welcoming. very clean, all toiletries were provided. beautiful gardens. all devices were in perfect condition. Only point of improvement could be that there could be an AC or cooler in the living room, because it got extremely hot there. but the rooms have ACs and it felt right at home with my friends. Would highly recommend the place for friends and family! Host was very friendly and proactive, which I truly appreciated.
