Great location in Seabrook. Just past the entrance gate makes it super quick and easy to access. Immediately beside tennis/pickleball courts and across street from lake house (gym, indoor and outdoor pools) were super convenient. Can drive to beaches and park in public access spots. Plenty of room! Loved room with 3 single beds to maximize guests. Even front sun room completely enclosed and becomes its own room. The favorite spot for our teen to get their own space! Note: amenity card can be confusing. You need to pay $15 deposit that is refunded when physical card is turned back in. Lake house outdoor pool is free to use. Use of gym or indoor pool is $15/day. If you want to access the ocean club pool and it’s beach side lounging that requires a separate card (another $15 refundable deposit) that is $40/day. Any food/drinks bought at pool can only be bought using this card. This is also the card used to reserve tennis courts.
Great place for family and friends. The private beach is 5 mins drive away. Place was clean and neat. Super host. Thank you!

Having your own source of transportation is recommended. Bicycles and LSV golf carts are available for rent. Advance reservations recommended. Marina, beach, and Freshfields Village are bikeable. Rideshare vehicles are not readily available. Taxi service is subject to availability. Charleston Airport is 21 miles. Charleston Executive (private) airport is 11 miles. Amtrak North Charleston Station is 22 miles. As a private island, as per the town regulations, all vehicles entering the island require a gate pass. Drivers may be asked to show a valid US drivers license at the gate. Gate passes are $40 per vehicle (including LSV golf cart vehicles). Each property has a limit of how many gate passes can be issued per property. Please note, motorcycles and skateboards are prohibited on the island. RVs are allowed with a reservations to be stored in a designated, remote spot on the island for a fee.
