Lovely stay in Utrecht in Helen’s spacious apartment. About a 15 minute walk from the centre/station. She was very responsive and helpful during our stay. A home away from home with everything you could need. Steep stairs but very typical in Netherlands. Would stay again.

Helen was a friendly and very responsive host. She met us for check in and showed us round and was happy for us to leave our luggage on the last day. We were really impressed with the area where the house was, it was very quiet and yet we could easily walk into the centre. The house actually looked better than the photos and we loved it. Great location for walking. But, listed as 5 minutes from central station, (driving?) was a 15 minute walk. The flat is cute but in dire need of some simple improvements. We were there during a bit of a heatwave; unable to get any airflow through the house despite opening all windows. A couple of fans would have made a huge difference. The bedrooms were unbearably hot. The blinds in the bedrooms were ridiculous. Broken, bent up or too short, letting in a lot of light. No place to set a suitcase or clothes in the bedroom. Hamper had dirty clothes in it. Wet, dirty towels hanging in bathroom. Towels stink like mildew. Freezer jammed full, no space if we’d bought ice or ice cream. Otherwise, kitchen stocked well with pans and dishes so it was great to be able to make a few meals there. Outdoor space needs comfortable seating and cleaning up. Basically, a lovely flat that really ought be maintained better/improved upon to make comfortable for guests and bring up to Airbnb standards.

침대가 편하고 깔끔했어요 수건도 많이 비치되어 있습니다 계단은 경사가 높고 좁아서 조심해야할 것 같구요 집 주소 번호는 보이지 않아서 옆집 번호 옆이라 생각하시면 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다 식탁에서 먹는 아침은 분위기 최고예요 다만 조명이 어두워서 밤에는 그냥 일찍 주무세요 조명은 숨은 그림 찾기 마냥 열심히 찾아보심이.. 집 근처 풍경 최고구요 열쇠 찾으러 간 펍은 친절하고 맥주 맛있어요! 더치 맥주 꼭 드세오 인생 여행지 우트렉 숙소 덕분에 더 좋은 이미지 안고 갑니다

Helen was a really responsive and polite host. The apartment is set in a fabulous location just a few minutes walk from Utrecht. The house itself was clean and well kept with comfortable beds. The garden could have had a little bit of a tidy up before hand and would benefit from some outside plants / flowers but the space was cosy. All in a well a well priced and comfortable stay in an excellent location.
