This place is just what you’d expect from an old house. It was very basic but not in a bad way. The AC worked great and there is so much room. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood. A nice little park with a splash pad just down the street.

House wasn’t very clean and the furniture was very worn and has a lot of stains. One shower didn’t work. One shower leaked. The couches and first dining chairs were filthy. Love the charm of the home, but the maintenance isn’t great.
