Great house in a great location! We stayed at this house with another family and loved the large open air conditioned seating areas, the beautiful pool and the landscaping. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom and aircon. We loved the secluded location and getting in and out with our 2 vehicles was simple. I highly recommend this space and will stay here again.

large house located in a quiet area, perfect for a big family or group get-away. great to relax with a large garden and pool, BBQ. well&equipped kitchen. Suy provided lots of great information and was responsive, helping us arrange transport in the area.

Beautiful home in a more secluded, quiet area. Perfect for 3 couples who each had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space to hang out as a group. The pool was very refreshing as well. Kitchen was well stocked and worked well for us to fix a few meals at the house. The plants, flowers, and landscaping were amazing. House is a bit far from most things and taking a tuk tuk is a little pricy. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Overall, worked nicely for our group of 6.

A great house just outside of Kep. Huge and very clear swimming pool with great hosts that communicated well, had great local tips and suggestions (we actually did a number of their suggestions). They looked after us and the beds were comfortable with quality linens. I would recommend the stay! The house is peaceful because it is just a little bit out of "town" (kep doesn't really have a center of town) but a short drive away to get into the crab market, beach, restaurants, etc.

Phenomenal space which was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. Beautifully and tastefully decorated villa with lively surroundings. Can’t wait to come back and stay again. Such a great place to relax, unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings!
