老板人超级好，很热情，帮了好多忙。可以讲中文，退房时间也帮我们延后了。小朋友生病还给了建议，并且告诉医院怎么走。非常好的体验。 去哪里都很方便，坐公交、地铁都很近，周围好吃的东西也特别多。 唯一的遗憾就是公共浴室稍微有一点点小，不过这个价格，已经是非常非常超值了！

We stayed here for 5 days, and it was all worth it.The location of the place are very accessible to the mrt and bus station, of which important to us as a tourist. The people in the office/reception are also accommodating and hospitable. We also enjoyed their free breakfast to start our day. The space of the room is just right for us, the aircon and lights are functioning well. They have common bathroom, so don’t expect too much in terms of cleanliness because not all the time other guests will leave the common areas as clean as you are. Their bathroom has also water heater. All in all we had a great time staying here and if ever I’ll go back to singapore I will still definitely consider this again as my place to stay 😊

Mr. Khai and Colleagues really went above and beyond to make our stay in SG as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Everything you need is provided. Bed is comfortable, there's breakfast and tea or coffee, towels are easily available as well. If you're looking for budget accommodation, look no more. Conveniently located with all the amenities: transportation, food and dining, shopping, entertainment all night, and more. Friendly guests come from all parts of the world. Facilities are clean and neat. Most importantly, your host is absolutely helpful to assist you. It is also perfectly tucked away from the busy streets of Singapore and is surrounded by awesome eats. We really enjoyed our stay in Ark Hostel and would definitely recommend! Thank you, Mr. Khai and Wife.
