For a convenient, centrally-located stay, within walking distance to Palmerston North’s CBD, look no further! While our building is a bit older (like most of the buildings in the area), the interior is newly refurbished. While it’s handy to the CBD, the surroundings are still quiet and peaceful! From restaurants to shopping, supermarkets and parks, almost everything you need is within a 10 minute drive away! As this is an apartment building, we share a communal area with another 5 units, rubbish bin (ground level). Our neighbours are generally quiet and friendly. While these areas are generally kept tidy, as the area is communal we unfortunately have no control over it. However, you can be assured that we will always keep our apartment as clean and tidy as we can make it. I would like try my best to keep my guests are comfortable to stay.
