What can I say about Charlotte? First of all I'd like to thank Charlotte for this stay... a stay for which I'm at a loss for words... Magnificent concession, we were able to experience the 3 villas and frankly, the Tsai Tsai villas are worth the diversions. Each villa has its own special charm. Charlotte listened to us right from the start. Very available, she didn't hesitate to give clear answers to my questions, to suggest good plans and to share certain contacts. Her instructions were clear and concise. But deep down, the driving force behind Tsai Tsai is Eugenia, a beautiful soul 👌🏽. Very dynamic, she has the solution to every problem. The welcome she gave us was spectacular, and she didn't hesitate to get angry when the taxi drivers tried to cheat us by overcharging for fares. She also found a solution after I was accidentally injured, and didn't hesitate to accompany me to hospital for a tetanus injection. We felt right at home I'll be back without hesitation ♥️

We loved our stay at Tsai-Tsai villa 2 - the villa was absolutely stunning with the most incredible views. Eugenia was incredible- friendly, helpful and really responsive and the whole housekeeping team kept the place as clean and beautiful as you could possibly wish! 10/10 would recommend a stay here!

My family and I stayed at Tsai-Tsai for 5 nights. Tsai tsai organized an airport pick up for us which we really appreciated as none of us speak Portuguese. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by property manager Eugenia and her team. Eugenia took time to show us the house, share key information with us about the area, and kindly suggested supermarkets for us to get food and helped us with organising tuk tuks to get there. The Villa was super clean and amazing - we spent a lot of time at the rooftop which had breathtaking views - the pictures simply don’t do the house justice.The house is also right on the beachfront and so we went to the beach almost daily, area is very safe and the beach is not private but given the very low traffic it might as well be. Eugenia was available for any queries we had and helped us to secure some outings including a trip to Bazaruto. Eugenia was key to our pleasant stay at the villa and we look forward to many returns. Highly recommend!

Absolutely breathtaking property in one of the prettiest places on the planet. Treat yourself and just book it, you deserve to be spoiled. Eugenia the house manager and her staff were the best part. They were so kind, sweet and helped us with everything we needed. If you need clothes washed just throw them in the hamper and mid day they will appear neatly folded on your bed. Don’t want to cook, just ask to commission a private chef. They will organize it down to the letter. Need a lift by land or sea just ask and you’ll have a list of options presented to you. Air bnb’s don’t get better quality than this they just get more expensive. My partner and I rent villas all over the world and this one is by far the best, hands down.
