From the minute we arrived, we felt right at home. Excellent facilities, particularly for our dogs who were able to hang outside in the enclosed yard or inside with us. The house was in a picturesque location with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from viewed from the balcony. Pet Let was extremely responsive and flexible with our checkin time. It was also appreciated to receive a call half way through our stay to check in and see how things were going. Overall, a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay with Pet Let again in future.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The space was just right for three families with young children. The kids played on the grassy patch next to the lake and the adults enjoyed the beautiful view all the way to Granite Island from the top balcony. We didn't bring any pets and were skeptical about the animal element but the house was spotless with no signs that animals had been inside. Our group unfortunately had to leave our previous accommodation after one night due to its condition and Petlets were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in four hours early in order to move straight from one property to the other. Arriving at this beautiful space was like a breath of fresh air after our disappointment with the previous house and the price was actually comparable between the two. I'd definitely stay again.

The place was as described and PetLet were amazing in their communication. I get that some people are cheapskates ( taking things from the property) but at prices like these over the vacation period I think it would be fair to expect the property to please supply full gas bottles ( arriving to find both empty and expecting us to fill and then charge back is not ok), soap, garbage bags & dishwasher tablets ( more than one a day!) . Minor quibbles really but frustrating.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of nights away here. The house is spacious, the living areas are comfortable, and the balcony is a particular highlight overlooking the dam and the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.
