It had snowed a lot prior to our arrival. I had notified them we would be arriving late in the day, after dark. There was no outside light on and the drive, walkway and stairs leading to the front door were completely covered in several inches of snow making it very difficult to unload luggage. There was something sticky on the kitchen counter as well as the kitchen floor. There was dust covering the return vents and fans in the bathrooms as well as several drafty areas in the house making it hard to regulate the temperature. The house was nice and big and enough beds for 8 people, but a very small table that only sat 4 people. The coffee available had been left open, which is one of the reasons we always bring our own coffee. If the price was a little more reasonable and the cleaning fee a little less since there was just two of us, it would have been easier to overlook some of these issues.

Lots of potential but not quite ready for prime time. Thermostat was not functioning (which was quickly remedied but place was super cold the first night) and wifi never worked. Several remodel projects that weren't finished. We also experienced the musty odor mentioned by other reviewers. Great neighborhood, good layout, comfy beds. Just needs to be dialed in better.

This Airbnb deserves only 2 stars due to several issues. Safety concerns arose from sealed windows and a risky shower floor. The lack of seating, no vent over the stove, and minimal, low-quality furniture were disappointing. Hygiene was also an issue, evidenced by a used bloody q-tip found in the bathroom. The host's response to our concerns was dismissive, further impacting our experience. While it could be average at half the price, it's not worth the current rate.

Sleeps 8, but ill-equipped kitchen. No toaster, blender, mixer…very sparse on dishes/glassware/pans/etc. Holes in drywall, broken blinds. One sofa that seats 3 (maybe 4?), no chairs, lamps….simple table with small benches that seats 4. Quiet neighborhood.
