House was beautiful and location was amazing. Had difficulty getting in touch with anyone in the local office for real time issues including check in. Expected more responsive service.

House not cleaned/very dirty/sticky. Driveway not plowed (it was snowing alot); An officer arrived and called Avant about need to plow; street parking not allowed, so we had to leave; Initially it took Avant 45 min to respond to me. We, 7 adults and 2 young children, went to a restaurant to wait for 3 hours. (I checked on hotel rooms; not available). When we returned, house not cleaned as promised; a single cleaner arrived at 10 pm to clean a large house that should take 3 or 4 people several hours to clean. 1 bed/bathroom cleaned; We changed the sheets and were given towels; children exhausted. House finally cleaned by 2 pm next day. Rep I talked to was nice, but I had to call repeatedly to ask for help. Infuriatingly, Avant sent me texts referring to "minor cleanliness issues." They should have said "we forgot you were coming and did not shovel, plow or clean/sanitize the house despite your full payment in advance." Beautiful house; make sure it is cleaned before arrival.

The host AvantStay was responsive to all issues. The unit is quite large. It can fit 4 cars in front if parked carefully. Not very close to Snow summit but close the Shuttle service parking lost. Unit was quite clean excet the carpet in the living room. We had multiple issues during the stay but host was responsive and fixed in timely manner. The rooms are not evenly heated, so space heater is a must. Ask the host make space heaters ready before check-in. In general we enjoyed staying at the place. We would rent it again.

The house itself was beautiful, very clean and had many amenities. We stayed during Thanksgiving and were able to enjoy making a big dinner and the open space with friends. I wasn't aware that before check-in we had to go to the office that manages the house in person to check in, which proved to be difficult because we were getting there really late our first night and the office would be closed, and we didn't have a vehicle. The office was flexible though, and the manager came the next day to the house to do check-in there for us. Overall, the house did not disappoint, w the exception that in the pictures there was gym equipment in the garage, and when we arrived there was none. The house is in a very strict neighborhood, and neighbors are very close, therefore noise has to be kept really low, and the neighbors will call and complain, so be careful with that. Overall a good trip, and would stay again!
