This cabin was a great getaway for the long weekend! Had everything I needed when it came to using the kitchen. Appliances were in great shape and order! The night time was very peaceful and quiet perfect for relaxing! The hot tub was relaxing and great shape and very clean! Taking walks around the cabin area was beautiful and great views! The location is perfect minutes from nearest stores and right around the corner of inn of the mountain gods lake to fish! Having the ability to bring our two dogs was very ideal! I will be back again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for the price. It's close to everything that we needed and is super quiet. So quiet in fact, that I should have brought my white noise machine to help me sleep a bit better. We saw deer and wild turkeys every day, as well as skunks so nature is around for sure. The directions/instructions were easy to follow and all was in tip top shape and excellent working order. Highly recommend to other guests.

I love rustic & I love luxury. — I don’t love getting rustic quality for luxury prices. Nearly $700 for 2 nights, But I had to ask 6 times for the wifi info, and there was no coffee, soap, or shampoo. Also, after paying huge cleaning and service fees, I was told I had to do all the dishes and take out the trash, or I’d incur additional fees. Plus, the office where you pick up and drop off the key is on the opposite side of town. And no you can’t just leave the key in the room upon 11:00 mandatory checkout, or you guessed it, you’ll be charged another fee. Ruidoso is incredible, this cabin for these steep prices is not.
