Disappointing / stressful experience. Unfortunately I would not stay with this air bnb again. I received a message from the host asking me to disregard the messages air bnb app and to follow the different check-in instructions they sent me by text. The host sent us instructions to a different air bnb location in a run down area. No lockbox as advertised, collection of the keys was confusing as we had to find a specific shop who had the keys and then walk to find the apartment. Very stressful as the gps location that the owner sent didn’t work either so we had to try and search for it. Contacted the owner and he awkwardly allowed us to change to our original air bnb that we booked. We had to pay out for multiple Ubers and was late for our concert. There are also strange instructions asking us to be aware of noise levels because of neighbours and if confronted by anyone to lie and say “we are friends of the owners” rather than air bnb guests? Not overly clean but good location.

Amazing stay!! Just as described and exactly like the photos! We had an amazing stay and would definitely return on another trip to Cardiff. Adam was really friendly and helpful - host with the most.

Kenilworth House was a great place to stay and exactly what we needed. Very clean and spacious. The shower in the bath was extremely powerful and that was perfect for the morning to get you awake and ready for the day ahead. The bed was ridiculously comfortable (which I normally find quite rare). The only minor concern was due to the property being situated on a through road to the main Cardiff road which heavy goods vehicles tend to use so we were awoken quite early on both days due to this but it wasn’t too much of a concern for us as we needed to be up and about reasonably early anyway. But It might have an effect on some people who want a lie in when they stay. Overall though I would definitely recommend this property.

Really lovely stay, great location as a short walk to the city centre but far away enough that it’s not too loud, other tenants very quiet and respectful. The flat is well kept and modern.

Nice comfortable apartment. Both the bed and the sofa bed was comfortable. Perfect location for sights, restaurants, pubs and of course just next to the stadium. I do recommend bringing earplugs, as it can be a bit noisy in the streets at weekend.
