There is also a pull-out sofa bed (best for children) for an additional sleeping option. The primary bathroom has a jetted tub to soak in and enjoy. You will have access to all of the wonderful Pointe Royale Resort amenities, including the beautiful outdoor pool, year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, golf, a restaurant and banquet hall, playground, Lake Taneycomo shoreline access for fishing, and walking paths on the beautifully maintained grounds! The condo is located on the second floor and faces the 10th green across from the Clubhouse and resort amenities. This is a fun and beautiful community with a 24 guardhouse for entry and exit. We are dog friendly and take up to two dogs under 40lbs - there is a $75 pet fee per stay. There are two fenced dog parks to exercise your furry friend in Pointe Royale - one is right next to Lake Taneycomo and the playground.
