Villa is situated in a quiet location and offers a beautiful view of Punat and Košljun island. Outside you will find a pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has spacious living room, kitchen and a newly built sauna. On the first floor are three en suite bathrooms and rooms with balconies. There is a separate apartment with kitchen and bathroom right next to the house at your disposal.

We really enjoyed our 9 days of holiday on the island of Krk and especially in the great accommodation. There was enough space for 5 adults and a baby and the 3 double bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom, were very pleasant. It is great that the villa has a modern washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Special thanks again to our host Marko, who answered all our questions quickly and well!
Marko was extremely helpful and friendly and over responsive giving us plenty of tips for the house, the rent, the activities, the boating, the chef… The house was exactly as describe and as in the pictures: extremely clean with plenty and materials. They have thought to every details to make your experience perfect. The materials are really good. The house is a dream and yon feel like home in a wonderful region. The house is perfectly situated in a serene environment close to Punat and KrK, where you have great bars and restaurants and close to any water activities. We spent wonderful holidays.
