Let me start off by saying that Patience and Mayya are absolutely AMAZING hosts! Not only are they super responsive, but also incredibly friendly! There was a small mishap when we moved in (due to some unfortunate weather circumstances), but Patience and Mayya were incredibly proactive and helped square things away extremely easily. The place itself is the perfect size! It's actually much larger than we were expecting - a large living room with an extending dining area and a really nice sized bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but we had no problem with two people and the size is more or less on par with other places we've stayed in New York. I'm also not sure if the photos have been updated yet, but the bedroom was a really nice surprise! Super comfortable bed with fresh linens. The place is located in StuyTown which is kind of its own little community north of East Village and east of Gramercy. It's extremely safe and also right next to the subway. 10/10 would recommend!

i stayed here for about 35 days or so and it was VERY hard to leave such an awesome apartment. the space was clean and fully stocked. it immediately felt like home. the location is amazing. an easy walk to the L if you want to head into BK, bus across the street if you want to go to the west village/chelsea area, and 2 other close busses that can take you either uptown or to LES, and overall an easy walk to east village for food, drinks, and thrifting. i’m super grateful for patience. when issues would come up, she was fast to respond and action on whatever was needed. i even reached out to her late one night once and she was quick to respond and help. i felt fully supported and taken care of by patience, she’s the most amazing host! i’d stay here forever if i could. HIGHLY recommend, you won’t regret it!

They are such wonderful hosts! Very responsive and proactive anytime something happened. Very considerate and nice hosts. Their place is very clean and spacious for nyc one bed room apt for sure. A bit of walk to the main subway stations but not far away at all. (10-15min walk) You might prefer less crowed atmosphere over convenience for subways once you stay here! You won’t regret your choice for long term stay for sure!

I really enjoyed staying at this place! Great location, lots of place to eat. The grocery store is 3 mins away. This place was much better than the picture. Very cozy and clean. The host really cared a lot during our stay and replied really fast. If you stay in New York for a long time, I definitely recommend this place!
