Just got back from a wonderful 7 night stay! Ted was responsive from the time we booked and throughout our stay. He provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. The island Marina restaurant is in walking music and has an awesome atmosphere on the water with great food and music! The house was a great space for families. We spent hours outside enjoying the beautiful weather, dock and tiki hut! The sunsets on the dock are incredible! Basement was perfect space for the kids to play and parents to hang out! Beautiful house and awesome host!

Ted’s place was the perfect spot to have a family get together before deploying. The location is beautiful as is the house itself. I would love to rent again in warmer months!

The place was so beautiful and quite. The views of the lake were so breathing taking I would recommend this location to anyone. Definitely would rebook this location in the near. Very close to the local grocery stores. The host was very helpful.

Ted is a great host. The place was great and we had nice friends and family time during Thx Giving. Close to I-95 so getting and out was easy. Place was very organized and clean. Towels and Linens were surplus. The basement was cute with a theater and a bar. I wish we had visited the place during summer as it looked lot more engaging with the lake on the back yard and lot of water based activities. We look forward to come back here.
