We have booked Saga De Keshia last minute but host was responsive and check in was smooth too. Property is in great condition with tastefully done interiors. Villa is near to good restaurants and Anjuna beach. Kitchen is fully loaded with every utensil we might need if we are cooking. Caretaker is available over call whenever we need something. Will recommend the stay !

The property is part of a gated community. Very quiet and the accommodation was clean. It's located in quiet Assagoan, in North Goa, and is close to many of the recommended eateries as well as the beach. The caretaker Jaydev was helpful and took care of our needs. Sheetal, who is the local coordinator, and did provide us with the necessities for making tea / coffee, upon request, however mistakenly gave us the wrong house number, and we had to wait for 20 mins for the caretaker to show up with the keys. There was rust on some of the utensils in the kitchen and the handwash dispensers were not filled. Also the doors to the balcony including the sliding grill door was not working properly and was rather difficult to close. The swimming pool shown in the pictures is not in front of the accommodation and was closed, don't know for what reason. On the whole I would recommend this place based on the price point.

it was decent villa to stay near Anjuna. The caretaker boy was amazing. Inventory of the as told as found. Definitely visit again.

A very comfortable and pretty house in a quiet neighbourhood. Some great places to eat and lounge at within 5-15 minutes’ distance. The caretakers were friendly and cooperative as well.
