The stay was made great by the beautiful views that this home offered. We managed to see beautiful sunsets. The 2nd bedroom light switch was outside the bedroom which we found a bit odd. The shower door was a mission to close every time. The WiFi does not reach the 2nd bedroom and would stop working momentarily everyday. The security staff in the building is not that friendly and finally, we found the space smaller than expected and we could’ve done with 2 keys. Ultimately, our stay was okay but definitely could’ve been better.

This accommodation is breath-taking … it is perfectly located close to the beach and also to great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Nadia was also an excellent host with quick responses. Thank you so much … we will visit again soon!!!

Lovely apartment. Lovely views. The bedding in the second bedroom was dirty, pictures of strings of hair were shared with Nadia. Too many check in and check out rules as below message. The extra hidden costs below aren’t reflected on the App upon booking. It was the first time I come across checkout before 07:00am charged at R150. Hi Sempe Thank you for booking 706 Portico. After hour check In fees are as follow: after 18:00 R150, after 20:00 R250, after 22:00 R350 and after midnight R450. Check out before 7:00am R150 fee. The fee can be paid cash on arrival. Please contact me if you have any questions. Standard checkin time is between 14:00 and 18:00. The calls in between to confirm exact times of arrival and checkout can get annoying, when you don’t have a set itinerary. Overall it was a good stay.
