This place is cozy and tranquil, with the added convenience of being near a CTrain station. It truly felt like a home away from home. Masoud was exceptionally hospitable, treating me to a delightful lunch. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a warm and welcoming environment.

conveniently located , close to main roads, nice clean quiet space. Easy to communicate with the host . Was only one night but was a great stay until we came out side to the car in the morning to find it had been broken into and EVERYTHIING taken It is not safe to park in the alley parking provided behind the house . I would recommend parking out on the main road in front of the houses. I wouldn't steer clear of this place as it was a great price and place, but mind where you park your car

We originally booked Masoud's place for a night after a birthday party in the neighbourhood, but upon getting there we booked another night almost immediately. Very cozy, bright, conveniently located space. Check in instructions were very clear and the space itself is great. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and very cozy couches. The only thing that may be an issue for some people is the lack of a television. I brought my laptop so it wasn't an issue for us but worth knowing about nonetheless Highly recommended!
