如果只是女生一班要租房间,这房完全不建议! 1)提供的位置基本上在waze google map都找不到,客服回应就是要你打开drive看,但都打开不到,联系多次才知道位置就是在长江白咖啡附近。没定位显示。 2) 提供的电话号码Kyan都没有人回复,电话也打不通。WA只有一个勾。只能通过03客服热线,注意,星期六日打不通。 3)最后一个晚上下雨天可能是有什么跳电之类的,房里的热水器空调也没有了,只能冲冷水,一台冷气开着。我们也心累,直接等待到明天退房。 4) 厕所里的头发水渍, 脏 5) 房内有一扇门应该是紧急门口,就用了一个木橱挡着,安全性非常不好,真的不知道会不会有人去开门 6) 这个是我个人觉得最不安全的问题就是对面正在起建筑工地,有一群外劳工人就是住在酒店的隔壁店,基本上我们进进出出他们都能看到。他们晚上更是坐在楼梯口的范围。超不不安全不舒服,我晚上睡觉害怕的觉得锁门已经不够,我还用椅子挡门。 除了房内空间大,我找不到更好的说服力去推荐,本来开开心心的一个生日旅程晚上却度日难熬。我对Ipoh也留下不好的印象了🌚
The place was nice. I am satisfied with the room. But i think a few things that the host needs to take care of. 1. The bathroom quite dirty especially on the floor 2. The room quite dusty. I can see the dust on the bed and tv area 3. The instructions how to get to the room. I understand that the host already put the location but it’s the cafe location. I was lost not sure where to go. Luckily found the parking area. Maybe the host can include photos as well where should we heading to. 4. Timing - i was quite disappointed with this. I was arrived around 3:15 but i cannot go inside the room. Told the host already, it was the cleaner inside. After almost 30 minutes then only the cleaner was done with the cleaning. So I checked in almost at 4pm. Then i asked to postpone my checkout at 12 but the owner not allowed haha. If you cannot give customer to checkout late than the actual time then you should be punctual on the checkin time. Overall it’s fine but needs improvement in a few areas.

After several trips, it became quite obvious that is it the warm Malaysian hospitality delivered in an organized and consistent manner. That got us thinking. We expanded rapidly mainly through word of mouth and recommendations from other property owners, and currently operate over 120 units in Kuala Lumpur. While we are now a much bigger team (37 people, and counting!), our focus on the founding principles of Plush remains constant.
