Walk right out to the oceanfront deck and breathe in the salt air, as you feel the breeze in your hair and the sun on your face. The oceanfront sitting room is yet another beautiful space from which to enjoy the waves crashing against the shore and the sound of the seagulls calling to each other. The bubbling hot tub is located on the deck, just through the sliding glass door. Enjoy the cool evening breeze as the warm jets work away any remaining stress. With plenty of outdoor seating, including several dining tables, you can comfortably enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktail or an entire meal overlooking the ocean. Stately columns divide the great room space. The living room is stunning, with contemporary furniture, unique artwork, and coastal decor. A TV invites the group to gather together for a favorite show or the latest blockbuster hit. This is also an ideal space to simply enjoy each other's company and laugh as you create new vacation memories. A lounge area directly behind the living room features an elegant bar with four stools and another seating area. This is the perfect configuration for multiple simultaneous conversations while keeping everyone together. The formal dining table can comfortably accommodate eight. A simply stunning kitchen will be the chef's delight. Warm wood floors, antique white cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a center island with a cooktop and gorgeous pendant lights is simply a masterpiece of perfection. Bar seating for four can act as either overflow or simply a spot to keep the chef company. Your private walkway to the beach is just steps away. Sink your toes in the sand as you enjoy a walk down the beach in search of the perfect seashell. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Had a wonderful time with a multigenerational group. Inside the house fit all our needs. Outside was a different story. There was garbage/litter all over the property. There was no outdoor grill which we would have utilized quite a bit. The outside decking has not been cared for, nails popping out all over the decking (many stubbed toes) and I pulled a few splinters out of my 2 year old’s feet. The hot tub was green when we got to the house, luckily it was taken care of the next day. Overall great place to relax and enjoy the beach.
Great location! Several things were broken or didn’t work well but the management team was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!
Vacasa did a commendable job responding to my questions about this property, especially since I had some questions and concerns given reviews from previous guests. On the whole this was a nice property. During our stay we contacted Vacasa about a poor functioning sliding glass door, shower door, and bathroom window. They were responsive and prompt in getting to the property to fix the issues. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. The appliances and HVAC all worked well. The house itself is showing signs of wear and tear due to weather and normal effects due to rental use.
This house needs maintenance, a deep cleaning, and new management. We spent the first three days of our stay chasing and eradicated black flies and roaches. We bought our own coffee maker because the one there was abhorrent. We woke up everyday to construction noise, the sounds of heavy machinery backing up, and had our cars blocked in by contractor vehicles. If it weren’t for the beach and the weather, it would have been a terribly long two weeks.
Lovely home that is in a great location. The access to the private beach was perfect. The home furnishings and appliances are in need of updating. I was disappointed to find that this is a 5-bedroom home and not a 6-bedroom home as advertised in the subject line. The bed count is accurate, but it is my opinion a den with a pullout twin couch with no closet or furniture can be considered a bedroom.
