Never received a self check in code by 2 like it said on the Airbnb page. Had to wait to Check in till they open their connecting restaurant at 4. Other than that, everything was fine

You'll get what you pay for here, however; be on your guard and always aware of your surrounds at all times while on this property. A WWII open air ARMY barracks, bathrooms, and showers have more amenities and security then this property. STAFF for the most part worked with limited resources to do their very best. Not sure how guests are vetted for their stay. Several guest agreed one long term guest in particular had serious behavior health issue and was manipulative, threatening and confrontational with other. In contrast, most guest seemed genuinely trustworthy and adventurous. This was definitely a learning experience for me personally. You get what you pay for. While stay in Rincon, For peace of mind, I would recommend spend a few additional dollars on an Airbnb property that had secure individual personal space, bedding, shower, bath, and kitchen area.
