Excelente host ! Raul muy bien anfitrión. El lugar contaba con todo lo descrito. Pasamos un tiempo demasiado agradable. Totalmente recomendable

Raúl was a very attentive host. He called before our arrival to ensure someone would be there at the apartment and the next day to ensure everything was okay. Also, he responded to our complaints very quickly and was apologetic about everything that happened during our stay. He also reimbursed us for some losses. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not in a good state. The whole place is desperately in need of a deep clean and clear out. There is a lot of disorganised clutter. For example, kitchen drawers with opened soaps, plastic bags and broken pot lids. When we told Raúl he immediately sent someone to clean the apartment, but this person was not effective. She only did a quick, superficial, tidy-up. Raúl was apparently unaware of the state the apartment was in. We hope and believe he will work to improve the care of the apartment, which could be turned into a very nice space with a bit of work.
